Men's Type 2 Diabetes Medical Alert Bracelet

I was hesitant to wear anything that said diabetes but the bracelet is stylish enough that it just looks like a nice piece of jewelry.

Bought this for my dad after his last hospital stay. He refused to wear the old rubber one but he hasn't taken this off since it arrived. Clasp is easy for his hands.
