Processing time
Each bracelet is checked and packed after your order is confirmed. This usually takes 1–2 business days.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days from the day you order. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can check the status any time on our Track Your Order page.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders over $35. For smaller orders, a flat shipping rate is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe. The full list of countries is shown at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is significantly late or the tracking stops moving, email us at support@thesafewrist.com and we will chase the carrier. If a package is lost, we will replace your order or refund you in full.
