These terms apply when you buy from TheSafeWrist. Buying from us means you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.

Our products are identification jewelry

Our bracelets and accessories help first responders see an engraved condition quickly. They are not medical devices. They do not prevent, treat or diagnose any condition, do not guarantee any particular response in an emergency, and do not replace advice from your doctor. You are responsible for choosing the engraving that is right for you — if you are unsure, ask your doctor or ask us.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in USD and include what they say — no hidden fees. Shipping, if any, is shown before you pay. If we made an obvious pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipping.

Delivery

Delivery estimates (7–12 business days) are estimates, not promises. If your order is significantly late, our Shipping and Refund policies apply.

Returns and refunds

Our 365-day, no-questions-asked guarantee is described in the Refund Policy and is part of these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited by contract.
