Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

TheSafeWrist ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your choices are — in plain language.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought. We need these to make and deliver your bracelet and to help you if something goes wrong.
  • Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Messages: if you contact us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
  • Site usage: with your consent where required, we use advertising and analytics pixels (such as Meta and TikTok) to understand how people find us and to show relevant ads.

Cookies

Our own cookies are limited to what the store needs to work (for example your cart, which is kept in your browser). Advertising cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner:

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram): _fbp and _fbc — used to measure ads and match purchases to ad clicks. Purchase details we send to Meta (email, name, address) are hashed before they leave our server.
  • TikTok: _ttp — used to measure TikTok ads.

If you decline, none of these scripts load and no advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What we never do

  • We never sell your personal information.
  • We never share the medical condition engraved on your bracelet beyond what is needed to make and ship your order.

Who we share data with

Only service providers who help us run the store: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, shipping carriers, and advertising platforms for measurement. Each receives only what it needs.

Your rights

You can ask us any time to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Just email us at support@thesafewrist.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK or California), you may have additional rights, and we honor them.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
